COVID-19: Please allow for more time for delivery due to COVID-19 postal restrictions and limited air services. However, if Stuk ‘Em is unable to send mail to your country, you will be contacted and given a full refund which takes a few business days to process.

How long does it take process orders?
Orders usually take 7 business days to process so please allow more time for a more accurate estimate. Don't worry an email will be sent out when your order has been shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic Delivery (Australia): 2-10 business days International Delivery: 3-8 weeks Shipping time is the ordering processing time plus shipping time.
How is shipping calculated?
All products are individually weighed and measured, and shipping is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the order and size of the item. For international orders please be aware of any additional import duties and/or taxes when they arrive. Please check the import fees you may be liable for before you place your order.

Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping is charged by the volume or weight of the parcel - whichever is greater. Unfortunately, shipping is expensive for businesses with smaller mail volumes. The shipping price is used to cover the cost of shipping itself and mailing supplies.

Customer is responsible for any taxes, custom duties and any other fees which might be imposed by local customs where the item is shipped to. Stuk ‘EM will not be responsible for any additional fees once the item has left our premises.
